Geffrard, the very first person I hired when I entered this business 33 years ago, is still with us today. At 72 years old, he continues to be an important part of the Fabricare family. Many of our employees came to this country searching for a better life and the opportunity to achieve the American Dream. Because of that, I’ve always felt a deep responsibility to support them in every way we can. That belief is reflected in our mission: to provide exceptional service while also creating meaningful opportunities for our team members to grow and succeed.
